Also on Saturdays at 1130am we will now have an RX+ class for our advanced athletes. There will be a WOD or you may utilize the gym for open gym purposes. The prerequisite for the class is proficiency with all CrossFit movements. There is no strength requirement. As such, the WOD may be scaled. You must obtain permission from a coach before you may attend.
