Our CrossFit classes are one hour in length and consist of warm up, movement instruction and review, workout and cool down. All of our workouts are scale-able to any fitness level and are conducted by the most experienced CrossFit coaches in the region.
This is our women’s only outdoor boot camp fitness program. The class is one hour in length and consists of warm up, workout, cool down and Q&A time with your coach. Workouts are primarily body weight exercises with occasional use of medicine balls, kettlebells, plyometric boxes and resistance bands. BootyCamp takes place in Pullen Park.
Students of all levels are led through a strong class with challenging postures, using breathing techniques and yoga postures to direct your focus and create a new level of core strength and flexibility.
Tuesdays at 5:15pm; Saturdays at 9:30am; Ages 5-10
Invoke Barbell Club
Our Barbell Club is a 6 week Olympic Weightlifting Intensive Course which meets every Thursday from 7:15pm-8:45pm. Spots are limited to 15 people per course. Classes are taught by Brandon Garner, Christmas Abbott and Anna Johns, all senior members of our coaching staff who have competed in many USAW Olympic Weightlifting competitions and the American Open.
Group training not for you, or maybe need a little extra work on technique or mobility? All of our coaches are available for personal training. Rates vary based on session length and number of sessions purchased. Email us if personal training is the option you’re interested in.
We offer a joint membership with Gracie Raleigh for those interested in MMA, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Self Defense or Kickboxing classes. Our members receive our student rate and a %20 discounted rate at Gracie Raleigh for a dual membership.

All monthly rates are subject to our six month membership contract which can be viewed HERE. Membership contracts will auto renew without written notice at least 14 days prior to your contract renewal date.

Our Foundations course is a required on ramp program for those with little to no experience with the movements used in CrossFit. This course focuses on the 9 Fundamental movements which form the basis of CrossFit’s programs.
Our Foundations course is required before using your membership to attend CrossFit classes. This two week course consists of six small group sessions, and 3 regular CrossFit classes . The small group classes are conducted Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; If for some reason you cannot attend classes at this time, alternate times are available. All six classes must be attended if possible, as each session builds on the previous session. Our Foundations course is designed to teach you the mechanics of the movements before entering a class to ensure your safety and to allow our coaches some time to address any flexibility, fitness level, or injury concerns you may have. In addition, Foundations helps acclimate you to the gym, staff and CrossFit as a whole to make sure you have the most fun and get the best results possible!
Alternate times are available if you ABSOLUTELY cannot make the normal times, with a minimum of 3 participants needed for an alternate course time. Classes can be made up if you cannot start on time or miss more than one session. There is a $30 fee for an individual session or make up session, or $300 for an entire Foundations course conducted at times and dates other than those scheduled.
After you complete our Foundations course you are able to attend any CrossFit class at any time. Get started today and come play!
