Programs
We have many options for you. Whether it is to just start your fitness journey or to take it to the ultimate level possible our program will get you there. Services we offer include
CrossFit- our CrossFit classes are one hour in length and consist of warm up, movement instruction and review, workout and cool down. All of our workouts are scale-able to any fitness level and are conducted by the most experienced CrossFit coaches in the region.
BootyCamp- This is our women’s only outdoor fitness program. The class is one hour in length and consists of warm up, workout, cool down and Q&A time with your coach. Workouts are primarily body weight exercises with occasional use of medicine balls, kettlebells, plyometric boxes and resistance bands. BootyCamp takes place in Pullen Park (CrossFit Invoke November-March) and is taught by coaches Meagan and Elizabeth.
Yoga- Students of all levels are led through a strong class with challenging postures, using breathing techniques and yoga postures to direct your focus and create a new level of core strength and flexibility. In this class, we infuse Vinyasas (movements with breath) through yoga postures to increase the internal heat in the body and create a deep stretch for the muscles. The class sequence is powerfully designed so that you will burn fat, balance the mind, and renew the body. Power Vinyasa is a great way to revitalize your body, sweat away toxins, and reduce stress levels.
CrossFit Kids- Saturdays at 930am; Ages 5-10
Personal Training- Group training not for you, or maybe need a little extra work on technique or mobility? All of our coaches are available for personal training. Rates vary between $60-75 per hour based on session length and number of sessions purchased. Email us if personal training is the option you’re interested in.
Competitive Kettlebell Training- World Kettlebell Club Coach and competitor Elizabeth Upchurch offers one on one and small group training sessions for those interested in or already competing in the world of competitive Kettlebell lifting. Email us if you’d like to set up a kettlebell training session with Elizabeth

Our Foundations course is a required on ramp program for those with little to no experience with the movements used in CrossFit, focusing on the 9 Fundamental movements which form the basis of CrossFit’s programs. Those with previous CrossFit experience or other similar training backgrounds are eligible to reduce the course or test out entirely. There is no fee for the test out.
Our Foundations course is required before using your membership to attend CrossFit classes. Our Foundations course is three small group sessions, one hour each in length. These are USUALLY conducted at 7:30pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; YOU MUST EMAIL AND SCHEDULE. If for some reason you cannot attend classes at this time, alternate times are available. All three classes must be attended, as each session builds on the previous session. Our Foundations course is designed to teach you the mechanics of the movements before entering a class to ensure your safety and to allow our coaches some time to address any flexibility, fitness level, or injury concerns you may have. In addition, Foundations helps acclimate you to the gym, staff and CrossFit as a whole to make sure you have the most fun and get the best results possible!
After you complete your Foundations course you are able to attend any CrossFit class at any time. Get started today and come play!
