We’re making sweat beautiful in Bootycamp! BootyCamp is our outdoor fitness ladies only program. Training is primarily body-weight with a few dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and plyometric boxes thrown in for fun! BootyCamp takes place in Pullen Park. Class frequency is three times per week; every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at either 6am or 6pm. Classes last one hour and include warm up, workout, cool down and lecture time if necessary. BootyCamp is monthly with no contracts required! We have a party every month too!
