We’re making sweat beautiful in Bootycamp! BootyCamp is our outdoor fitness ladies only program. Training is primarily body-weight with a few dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and plyometric boxes thrown in for fun! BootyCamp takes place in Pullen Park. Class frequency is three times per week; every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am. Classes last one hour and include warm up, workout, cool down and lecture time if necessary. BootyCamp is monthly with no contracts required!
***Winter Is Coming, and due to the winter being cold and dark, we no longer offer a 6pm option until March 2014. We encourage you to try CrossFit with us or if you’re interested in a ladies only atmosphere, try the Kick Boxing/Boot Camp called FIT Club at Grace Raleigh until then!***
